Bringing together the shades of the sand and sea, our new "Surf’s Up!" DIY balloon garland kit is the perfect blend of mint, blues and beige for your next celebration. We double-stuffed different colours together to create our own unique colours for this kit, and we are so in love with the end result. This colour combo is on trend, classic and versatile all rolled into one and we designed it with so many options for party themes in mind. In addition to our Meri Meri blues, mints and creams range, it also matches beautifully with our Peter Rabbit partyware.
All PUPC Luxe collection DIY balloon garland kits are made entirely of double-stuffed balloons. This means that two balloons have been layered together to create rich, opaque colours with a depth like never before. Our balloons are all premium quality and made of rubber latex (no plastic). Our upsize balloon garland kits contain everything listed above but in larger quantities to create a 5m garland.
Our mini balloon garland kits contain everything listed above but in smaller quantities to create a 1.5m garland and excludes the large 60cm balloons.

Exactly how quick and easy is it to make?
Honestly, it actually is easy and quick 🤩 (check out our reviews below).
Every kit contains a unique dual-action balloon pump to make inflating the balloons a breeze and our special pre-cut decorating strip that you simply slip the balloons into, and voila!
How long it takes depends on a few things (like whether your guests are about to arrive ⏰, or you’re sitting down with a wine 🍷 in front of Netflix), but generally, our regular size balloon garland takes about 80 minutes, from taking it out of the box to being ready to hang, the mini can be done in about 30 minutes, while the upsize might take around 120 minutes.
Will my Balloon Garland Kit arrive in time for my party?
It depends on when your party is, but we’ll do everything we can to make sure it does! All orders are processed in 1-2 days and shipped from Queensland 📦✈️
If your party is coming up quickly, just choose the express shipping option at checkout and we’ll make sure it is in an express satchel at the post office the same day, if ordered before 11am, or the next business day if not. Express post delivery is generally 1-3 business days depending on your location, while standard post delivery is generally 4-8 business days.
What if my party is cancelled or I need to return my products?
We understand that sometimes your purchase may require a return or exchange. If the item is unopened and unused, we can offer a return or exchange. We understand this is particularly important in times of uncertainty such as the current climate of Covid-19 restrictions. Please note custom orders are excluded - no returns.
Returns must be applied for within 30 days of purchase.
Please note: change of mind returns (where the item is not faulty/damaged) are to be sent back at the customer's expense.
Do I need to worry about plastic waste?
No! Not at all. All our balloon garland kits are made with premium-quality, natural plant-based latex 🌿 (NOT PLASTIC) balloons, so simply pin them and bin them 🗑 when you are done.

We now offer 2M Balloon Frames delivered to your door.
This product is white in colour, 2M wide and will fit your mini, regular and upsize garlands.
Assembly is required.
Please note: We recommend supporting the bottom of your frame with weight prior to securing your balloon garland in place.
Due to the weight and size of this product, shipping fees are separate to our other products and the frames do not qualify for any free shipping promotions or product discounts.
