Who do I contact about my order?

I need my order in a hurry! Can you help?

Sure can! We offer same day dispatch on any express order placed before 11am - please ensure you select express shipping at the checkout.

Express shipping times depend on your location. We ship from Hervey Bay Region in Queensland, Australia.

Do you offer click & collect?

We sure do! Pumped to party is our click and collect service for all local pick ups from our store in Torquay, Queensland. You'll find more information on this service here.

Do you do custom colour requests?

Absolutely – if you have a particular colour theme for your balloon garland or bunches in mind we can create a custom order to suit your requests. We also offer custom colour orders for our party packs too.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping costs, timeframes and other frequently asked questions.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

How much are shipping costs?

We offer $9.95 flat rate shipping or FREE shipping for all orders over $150. Express shipping is $14.95.

Do you offer EXPRESS shipping?

Yes, we do!  Express shipping is $14.95.  Express orders will be dispatched the next business day (custom orders excluded - please contact us via email if you require a custom order via express) via Australia Post express.  Delivery time will be 1-3 business days Australia wide from date of dispatch.

What are the shipping timeframes?

We ship daily from Hervey Bay, QLD.  Please see the below table as a guide for *approximate* shipping timeframes.

All express orders placed before 11am AEST will be shipped same day.  This excludes custom orders.

 Please be aware that these timeframes are provided as a guide only and we cannot guarantee exact dates of delivery.  If ordering in a short timeframe, we always suggest choosing express shipping.

Do you ship overseas?

We now offer shipping to United States and New Zealand.

Where do you ship from?

We ship from Hervey Bay, QLD Australia.

Will I be able to track my order?

Absolutely! You'll receive a tracking number via an automatically generated email from Australia Post as soon as your parcel has been dispatched.  If for some reason you don't receive your tracking email, please contact me ASAP and I'll forward it onto you.

What if my party is cancelled or I need to return an order?

We offer easy 30-day returns.

We understand that sometimes your purchase may require a return or exchange. If the item is unopened and unused, we can offer a return or exchange. We understand this is particularly important in times of uncertainty such as the current climate of Covid-19 restrictions. Please note custom orders are excluded - no returns.

Returns must be applied for within 30 days of purchase. Please send our friendly team an email at hello@thepopuppartyco.com.au.

Please note: change of mind returns (where the item is not faulty/damaged but being returned simply due to a change of mind) are to be sent back at the customer's expense.

Do you do custom order requests?

Absolutely – if you have a particular colour theme for your balloon garland or bunches in mind we can create a custom order to suit your requests. We also offer custom colour orders for our party packs too.

How do I place a custom order?

The process is simple.

 

Option 1:  If you already have an idea of the colours you’d like to order, please head directly to our custom order link and choose your colours from the colour chart provided.

Option 2: If you need a little help with your colour selection, please reach out – we would love to help! You can reach out by emailing us hello@thepopuppartyco.com.au or via Instagram DM, FB messenger or our website help form which you can find here.  Either way, we will get back to you ASAP with our suggestions and to step you through the process.

What is the turnaround time for custom orders?

General turnaround time for custom orders is 7 days before dispatch. 

This may be extended if ordered during a sale period.

Please email our team (hello@thepopuppartyco.com.au) if you require your custom order in a shorter timeframe and we'll see if we can assist.

Balloons & Garlands

What's included in the DIY Balloon Garland Kits

Our range of DIY balloon garland kits include everything you need to create your balloon garland – all balloons, decorating strip to hold it together, dual action pump to inflate and simple step by step instructions. Our kits also include glue dots to attach mini balloons at the end of the construction process.

How long will it take to build a Balloon Garland?

It will take approximately 1.5 hours to build a 3.5m regular length garland.  This process will be quicker if you have someone to help inflate and tie the balloons.

Mini Garland: allow 30-40 mins

Upsize Garland: allow 2 – 2.5 hours

Is helium required for the Balloon Garlands?

No helium is required for the construction of the balloon garlands.  They are air-filled using the pump included in your kit. 

Helium is required for the bunch kits and/or number balloons – anything that you want to ‘float’ will require helium.

Are the balloons made of plastic?

No. We source only high quality balloons made of 100% natural rubber latex. They are fully biodegradable. You can learn more about our environmental responsibility here.

When can I inflate my Balloon Garland?

As the balloons for your garland are air-filled they will last for days, even weeks. They are, of course, at their best for the first couple of days. It is perfectly fine to construct your garland a day or two before your event. Just keep it indoors (in a cool, dark place) prior to the day of your party.

What size are the garlands pictured on this website?

All garlands pictured on the website are regular (3.5m) size.

Do you have a video tutorial to assemble to Balloon Garland?

Yes, there is a video tutorial below in the how-to section which steps you through the simple steps to constructing your garland. There are also written instructions with pictures included in your DIY kit.

What are double-stuffed balloons?

Double-stuffed balloons are two balloons layered together to achieve unique colours and an opaque look. They are commonly used by event stylists and industry professionals in large balloon displays. Some of our DIY balloon garland kits contain some double-stuffed balloons.

What's the difference between a regular and double-stuffed balloon?

You can now choose between a regular single balloon to use throughout your garland for our classic look or upgrade to the luxe for a double-stuffed opaque and professional finish.

Regular balloons are a high quality, latex individual / single balloon.

Double-stuffed balloons are one individual balloon placed inside another - creating 2 layers and a matte, high-end finish.

How do I inflate double stuffed balloons?

They can be inflated the same way as regular balloons, using the pump provided in your kit. They can be a little trickier to tie but this can be achieved easier by stretching the neck of the balloon prior to tying.

How do I inflate orbs / balloon balls?

Orbs/balloon balls can also be inflated using the hand pump included in your kit.  Insert the pump into the tab and inflate the balloon slowly. Continue inflating slowly until a perfectly round shape is achieved. If you can still see wrinkles/seams in your ball is it not fully inflated so continue slowly until all seams are smoothed out. 

What's the difference between each size Balloon Garland?

We have 3 sizes available for our Balloon Garland Kits.

They come in our Mini 1.5m, Regular 3.5m (the most popular option) and the Upsize 5m.
