We understand that sometimes your purchase may require a return or exchange. If the item is unopened and unused, we can offer a return or exchange.  We understand this is particularly important in times of uncertainty such as the current climate of Covid-19 restrictions.

Custom orders are excluded - no returns.

Please note - change of mind returns (where the item is not faulty/damaged but being returned simply due to a change of mind) are to be sent back at customer's expense.
