What is the turnaround time?
General turnaround time for custom orders is 7 days before dispatch. We are happy to accommodate express orders if needed in a shorter timeframe.

What's included in the DIY Kits?
Our DIY balloon garland kits include everything you need to create your balloon garland.
Balloons in your chosen colours, decorating strip to hold it together, dual action pump to inflate the balloons and simple step by step instructions.
We also include glue dots to attach mini balloons at the end of the construction process.
What's the difference between Regular and Luxe?
Regular Balloon Garland Kits:
- Single-layered balloons
- Colours similar to the pre-inflated balloon colour
- Ideal for vibrant and straightforward designs
Luxe Balloon Garland Kits:
- Double-layered balloons (two-in-one)
- Rich and opaque colours due to the combination of two separate colours and balloon layers
- Creates a professional and sophisticated finish
- Ability to create unique and new colours not on the colour menu
How long will it take to build a Balloon Garland?
It will take approximately 1.5 hours to build a 3.5m regular length garland. This process will be quicker if you have someone to help inflate and tie the balloons.
Mini Garland: allow 30-40 mins
Regular Garland: allow 1 - 1.5 hours
Upsize Garland: allow 2 – 2.5 hours
When can I inflate my Balloon Garland?
As the balloons for your garland are air-filled they will last for days, even weeks. They are, of course, at their best for the first couple of days. It is perfectly fine to construct your garland a day or two before your event. Just keep it indoors (in a cool, dark place) prior to the day of your party.
