PRIZE DETAILS:
Each month we’ll check out all your party pics featuring products you've purchased from us and may reshare them on our page. We’ll then select one lucky winner from each month’s tagged pics to win a $200 PUPC gift card.
Winner will be announced on via Instagram stories or email and receive a direct email with their prize.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
The Pop-Up Party Co. employees and their immediate families are not eligible to win.
There is no limit to the number of entries per user, but we will only award one prize per month.
This competition will begin in August 2023 and is a monthly competition which will begin and end on the first and last day of each month until the end of 2024.
By submitting a photo, entrant grants The Pop-Up Party Co. the right to publish submitted photo, name and captions on our social media and other marketing platforms.
Photos deemed to be inappropriate or offensive by The Pop-Up Party Co. will not be eligible.
The Pop-Up Party Co. may choose to change the prize details (including increasing and decreasing the total prize amount) if they choose.
We will not be able to award entrants whose Instagram accounts are set to private.
If a professional photo is submitted to our contest, The Pop-Up Party Co. will not be held responsible for securing usage rights from the photographer. It is highly recommended that the entrant receive rights to use the photo prior to contest submission.
The entrant acknowledges and agrees that if the Prize or Promotion Prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, The Pop-Up Party Co. reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to State and Territory legislation.
The Pop-Up Party Co. reserves the right to conduct a redraw in the event that an entrant, claiming to be a winner or qualifier, is unable to satisfy the terms or has breached the terms.
The Pop-Up Party Co. has no responsibility to accept late, lost or misdirected entries.
Prize-winners acknowledge that tax implications may arise from their prize winnings and they should seek independent financial advice prior to acceptance of that prize.
Nothing in the terms limit, exclude or modify or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the State and Territories of Australia.
