Can't find the exact colour combination you're looking for?  Have an inspo pic and need to make it happen? No problem! Simply choose your garland size, balloon-type and your colours and we'll pack and send your kit ready for you to DIY and get the party started!

Garland Size:
Our Custom DIY Balloon Garland Kits are available in 4 sizes. Mini 1.5m, Midi 2m, Regular 3.5m (which is the most popular option), and the Upsize 5m.

Balloon Types:
You can now choose between a regular single balloon to use throughout your garland for our classic look or upgrade to the luxe for a double-stuffed opaque and professional finish.

Our Regular size balloon garland kits include everything you need to create a 3.5m balloon garland.

Our Upsize balloon garland kits contain everything listed above but in larger quantities to create a 5m garland.

Our Midi and Mini balloon garland kits contain everything listed above but in smaller quantities to create a 1.5m or 2m garland and excludes the large 60cm balloons.

How to place a custom order

Step 1. Choose your balloon type

Step 2. Choose your colours

We recommend choosing a minimum of 3 and a max of 6 colours for your Balloons. You can use colour inspiration from your cake, party dress or a pic of your party theme and closely match them with our colour chart to find the perfect combo.

Shipping Info

General turnaround time for custom orders is 7 days before dispatch.

We ship all orders from Queensland, Australia ✈️

If your party is coming up quickly, please choose the express shipping option at checkout and get in touch via email so we can do our best to get the custom order to you as soon as possible.

Once dispatched, Express post delivery is generally 1-3 business days depending on your location, while standard post delivery is generally 4-8 business days.

Returns

We understand that sometimes your purchase may require a return or exchange. If the item is unopened and unused, we can offer a return or exchange. We understand this is particularly important in times of uncertainty such as the current climate of Covid-19 restrictions. Please note custom orders are excluded - no returns.

Returns must be applied for within 30 days of purchase.

Please note: change of mind returns (where the item is not faulty/damaged but being returned simply due to a change of mind) are to be sent back at the customer's expense.
