1 x 60cm large black balloon (flat/uninflated)
1 x pack large pink confetti

1 x balloon weight and ribbon

All you need to do is fill the balloon with either the pink/blue confetti and inflate using helium (if you'd like it to float) or air (if you don't require it to float). Then attach to the balloon weight, hang your streamers and get ready to pop and reveal!
